Search Tips: (back to Search Form)
The above form will create a custom search based on ALL the input that you enter. If you search on more than one field, your results will be limited to only those matching records.
For example; Entering "SMITH" in the Name field, and selecting "VACANT" as the Land Use type will retrieve all VACANT parcels owned by somebody named SMITH.

| Owner's Name Search: |
format: (LastName FirstName) ... For best results, enter only first part of name.
- "Smith J" will return all SMITH's with the first name starting with J

| Address Search: |
Enter a Street Number and Street Name or just a Street Name by itself. Do not use a Street Type (Av, Pkwy, St, ...)
Note: The address search is not guaranteed to find your property. Use Name search or Parcel ID search for best results.

(aka PIN: Parcel Identification Number) Enter a 20 digit Parcel ID or an 8 digit parcel Key (you can add dashes "-" or spaces" ", for easy reading, partial PINs are also accepted) |
| Geographic Search: |
Land Use, Acreage (min/max): Select a Land Use type to limit the amount of records retrieved.
Brief Description: This field will search the Brief Legal Description.

Heated Square Footage (min/max): (numeric) Specify a min and/or max square footage value.
TIP: Enter the same number in both fields to retrieve only that value.
Year Built (min/max): (4 digit year) Enter a min and/or max 4 digit year.
TIP: Enter the same number in both fields to retrieve only that value.

| Sales Search: |
Sale Date (min/max): format: (Month / Day / Year , Month / Year) Specify a Date Range to find parcels that have been sold between the dates entered.
TIP: Entering 1/90 in the "Sale Date Greater Than" field and leaving the "Sale Date Less Than" field blank will find ALL sales after Jan. 1990.
Sale Price (min/max): Enter a Sale Price Range.
Vacant or Improved (V or I): Limit the sales searches to Vacant or Improved sales.
Sale Book/Page: Enter the Official Records Book and Page number of the recorded Deed to find the associated parcel.
